How We Support Our Builders
Starting an ambitious project, finding trusted people to work with, and navigating unfamiliar systems can be lonely and challenging, especially in a new country. Our network helps you get acclimated, settled, and moving forward on your goals, so you don't have to figure it all out on your own.
Builder Spotlight Newsletter
Our newsletter highlights the builders in our community, the projects they're working on, and the journey that brought them to El Salvador. Seeing how others made the trip can give builders the inspiration, confidence, and know-how to navigate the journey themselves. For builders, our newsletter is a way to stay in the loop on projects taking shape across El Salvador.

YouTube Broadcast
Here, we host conversations with the builders, thinkers, and entrepreneurs shaping El Salvador's future. Our founder, Michael, meets with builders across the country to hear their stories, tour their projects and properties, and explore the ideas and events driving El Salvador's new renaissance. Our broadcast is another way for builders to stay informed on what's happening across the country's Bitcoin and builder communities.

Workshops, Roundtables, & Retreats
Our events give builders the opportunity to meet and get to know each other beyond the digital realm. Events are hosted in small group settings, where discussions are open, productive, and protected under the Chatham House Rule. Our events bring builders together often enough for relationships to form and trust to build.
“Build in El Salvador is one of the key hubs for bringing together people with different areas of expertise, and that knowledge sharing is real. When I first came to El Salvador, it was a lot of figuring things out on your own. But the BIES community has changed that completely. Now people can just land, immediately plug in with like-minded people, and start contributing what they bring to the table. I learned a new AI workflow directly from someone in the community, and then turned around and paid it forward to the group. That's the culture here.”
Private Digital Community
This is our digital HQ, where builders connect, collaborate, coordinate, and interact economically with each other. Members love our chat feed for its high-signal conversations and engagement. When builders are out of the country, our digital community helps them stay connected to the BIES ecosystem and its entrepreneurial energy.
BIES-Certified Vendor Network
Our network connects you to trusted vendors who can help you move forward on your goals. The BIES certification vets for vendors who are serious, trustworthy, and have a history of proof of work within our ecosystem. This is the same workforce we tap into when building out components of the BIES ecosystem.
BIES Project Directory
Our project directory lists active projects that are emerging from the BIES ecosystem. Builders can post their own projects to find partners, investors, and teammates. Or they can browse active projects to join an existing team. Our directory also provides visibility to investors who are looking to participate in growing projects that benefit the country.
What Makes BIES Different:
“BIES has given me a space to share what I'm building and feel supported on what can otherwise be a challenging entrepreneurial journey.”
“The BIES community has linked me to other like-minded people looking to make better lives for themselves and everyone around them.”
“Grateful to be part of Build in El Salvador. So many bold ideas meet here, and decentralized mitochondrial health is one of them.”
